A reputed company is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Quality Control Officer to join its Production / Maintenance / Quality Department.

Position: Quality Control Officer
Department: Production / Maintenance / Quality
Level: Mid-Level
Employment Type: Full Time
📍 Location: Khanikhola
💰 Salary: NPR 30,000 – 35,000 per month
🧑💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process
- Conduct regular inspection and quality checks of products and materials
- Identify quality issues, defects, and process deviations
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related problems
- Maintain quality control records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure production activities follow established quality standards and procedures
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Support continuous improvement of production and quality processes
- Ensure workplace procedures and company quality requirements are properly followed
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong understanding of quality control and production processes
- Good observation and analytical skills
- Ability to identify problems and provide practical solutions
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle responsibilities independentl
