• Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Manage and motivate the sales team
• Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Ensure proper product distribution and market coverage
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
