💰 Salary: NPR 20,000 – 25,000 per month
⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

An established IT company located in New Road, Kathmandu is looking for a motivated, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about digital marketing, social media, online promotion, and developing effective marketing strategies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media pages and online presence
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms
• Develop creative ideas for online promotions and brand awareness
• Monitor social media trends and implement new marketing strategies
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns and promotional activities
• Increase audience engagement, reach, and online visibility
• Coordinate with the internal team to prepare marketing materials and campaigns
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Assist in improving website and social media traffic
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

🔹 Requirements:

✔️ Previous experience or strong knowledge in Digital Marketing is preferred
✔️ Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other digital platforms
✔️ Strong communication and creative skills
✔️ Ability to create attractive and engaging digital content
✔️ Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar tools will be an advantage
✔️ Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing and online advertising will be preferred
✔️ Ability to work independently as well as in a team
✔️ Responsible, punctual, proactive, and willing to learn
✔️ Freshers with good digital marketing knowledge and skills may also apply
