🧑‍💼 MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The selected candidates will be responsible for various customer service and restaurant-related duties, including:

✅ Welcoming and greeting customers politely and professionally.

✅ Taking food and beverage orders accurately.

✅ Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.

✅ Ensuring customers receive friendly and quality service.

✅ Maintaining proper communication with customers.

✅ Explaining menu items and helping customers when required.

✅ Coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.

✅ Ensuring that the correct food and beverages are served to customers.

✅ Preparing and arranging tables before customers arrive.

✅ Keeping tables, chairs, and the dining area clean and organized.

✅ Clearing used plates, glasses, and utensils after customers finish their meals.

✅ Responding politely to customer requests and requirements.

✅ Informing the supervisor or management about customer concerns when necessary.

✅ Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.

✅ Following restaurant rules, service standards, and management instructions.

✅ Working together with other staff members to maintain smooth daily operations.
