📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain overall safety and security of the school premises
• Monitor the main entrance and exit points
• Control and record the entry and exit of visitors
• Ensure unauthorized individuals do not enter school premises
• Monitor students, staff, visitors, and school property when required
• Conduct regular patrols around the school compound
• Keep a proper watch over classrooms, offices, gates, and other important areas
• Protect school buildings, equipment, furniture, and other assets
• Report suspicious activities or unusual incidents to school management
• Assist visitors and parents with basic information in a polite manner
• Maintain discipline and security around the school premises
• Respond appropriately during emergencies or unexpected situations
• Maintain daily security records and reports when required
• Follow school rules, safety procedures, and management instructions
• Support the school administration with security-related duties when necessary
