📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
• Present menus and explain available food and beverage items when required
• Take customers’ orders carefully and accurately
• Communicate orders clearly with kitchen and service staff
• Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and politely
• Check customer satisfaction and respond to requests professionally
• Clear and clean tables after customers finish their meals
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas
• Arrange and prepare tables before opening and during service
• Ensure food and beverage orders are served correctly and on time
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and efficient service
• Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and report them to the supervisor
• Assist other team members during busy hours
• Follow restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and workplace procedures
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude at all times
